HOLISTIC SCHOOL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAMME
IL&FS Education is implementing a holistic school improvement programme for Cairn India Limited under its CSR in Barmer, Rajasthan. The programme is aimed at improving education indicators focused on the following :
(i) Academic Support : Capacity Building of exisng teachers, Supplementary teachers, Se�ng up ICT Labs along with K-yans, Intelligent Buildings and Project Management support to ensure greater teaching eecveness and student learning abilies
(ii) Life Management Skills : Health and Hygiene, Financial literacy, Funconal English and So� skills to improve career prospects of students and to impart praccal skills for the working world and care of self and common property resources
(iii) Community Engagement: Engagement with VEC, SMCs, parents etc and awareness generaon to promote posive a�tudes towards educaon and gender equity
