For us, sustainability is about shaping the future of our business and minimising our impact on the environment. We’ve been recycling waste polythene for over 40 years and every year we aim to increase the amount of polythene that we recycle, which currently stands at over 85,000 tonnes a year.

We work to ensure that we meet all our own environmental responsibilities and help our customers to achieve theirs.

A Circular Approach to Plastics

At RPC bpi protec we support circular economy principles for greater resource efficiency and increased recycling to maximise the benefits of plastics, which are lightweight, versatile, durable and recyclable and can contribute to energy and resource savings in many markets.

Lifecycle thinking is a fundamental part of the design of our products. As members of organisations such as the Ellen MacArthur Foundation and the British Plastics Federation (BPF), we work to promote a circular economy and address many of the issues regarding plastics use.
