Pre-Carrier: Route/Carrier Performance Rpt

Identify AM office variance by carrier

– This informs the supervisor which carriers failed to meet projected casing standards from previous day

– Use this information to focus current day’s carrier observations

– Review to identify clock rings errors from previous day (use Clockring Discrepancy reports)

Pre-Carrier: Route/Carrier Performance Rpt

Identify street variance by carrier for discussions

– This informs the supervisor which carriers failed to meet established performance standards. (Post-Carrier arrival utilization)

– Review to identify clock ring errors from previous day (use Clockring Discrepancy reports)

– This can be one indicator of capturing under time effectiveness

– This can also indicate unauthorized PM casing time
