• The JV Board includes 4 senior partners from Deloitte Consulting and 3 executives from Mastek

• JV CEO – Raj Joshi

• The JV will provide IT services to Deloitte Consulting and to DC’s clients globally

• The JV will be located in Mumbai and will use infrastructure and support services from Mastek
