Safety protection

In order to ensure the safety during installation, the inverterequips wtih an AC/DC switch which is design to manuallycut off both AC & DC power sources from internal circuitat the same time. When turn off the switch, the AC AUXPower inside will detect the movement, and internal DSPwill execute AC protection mechanism program, and cutoff AC relay & DC relay at the same time. Thus, the inverterwill be completely power off which will prevent any possibilityof installer getting an electric shock.

According to safety regulation, AC Relay isrequested to be installed at AC output in theinverter. In this series of PV inverter, additionalDC Relay is also available providing additionalextra safety protection mechanisms.For instance, when the inverter is not yet reachedDC working voltage range, PV panel will notbe able to feed in any energy to the inverterwhich to ensure the inverter during standbymode will not be damaged by any possibleexternal causes.In addition, if DSP detects abnormal voltagecauses by capacitor, it will cut off DC Relayautomatically to avoid from capacitor explosionwhich may direct to serious fire damage to theinverter or the entire PV system.

The inverter comes with standard RS485 communication port. Optional WiFi /Ethernet communication port can be easily enhanced and gives more convenienceand flexibility in monitoring system design. For example, the free Delta InsightPower Monitoring webpage display the output data in a clear manner so that youcan see how much solar energy the system is generating and has fed into thepublic grid at any time you want to see.

Ultra light weight design gives more flexibility andconvenience, the entire installation process can beeasily done by only one man using the mounting platesupplied. Fast connection design is applied on both AC and DCconnectors with less complication installation processwhich will result faster installation time.The compact case design & high output density of theinverters minimize the required installation surface andreduces AC wiring, thereby further reducing installationcosts.

M6A/M8A/M10A series is crafted in diecast toolingwith durable casing and appearance of quality. IP65protection level ensures the product life time in outdoorenvironment. Aluminum heat sink with intelligent coolingconcept exhausts the heat efficiently out of the inverterwhich optimize the inverter performance and extendthe life time of electronic components. All the connectorsare well protected at the bottom of the case even inverteris placed vertically on the ground.
