It has come to my attention that you have failed to make
payments of your monthly rentals on our property situated at 143
Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong City as a consequence of this circumstance I
am now terminating our contract of lease and demand that you as a
tenant vacate the leased premises after 30 days upon receipt of
this notice. I am invoking my right as the landlord provided in
Article 1673 of the Civil Code of the Philippines.
If you do not leave, your continued occupancy of the property
will be construed as willful and in bad faith. But your immediate
and faithful compliance with this notice will prevent any further
eviction action against you.
