DENIM PREMIÈRE VISION EXPLORES INSPIRATIONS FOR AUTUMN-WINTER 2016-17

In an atmosphere that is simultaneously futuristic and vintage, galactic and offbeat, explore fashion directions and discover the latest developments for an Autumn-Winter 2016-17 season where almost-cosmic connections between design and innovation cast infinite light on denim’s creativity, mixing futuristic propositions with jeanswear’s eternal roots and DNA.

Fabrics, accessories, finishings, washes, colours and shapes…. the moment you enter the show, under a starry sky, follow the path to the Denim Trends Area and embark on a journey to the heart of seasonal influences.

Autumn Winter 2016-17 traces out constellations that connect people, link know-hows and encourage explosive close encounters of a third kind.

These imaginary lines explore alternative realities where the imagination encourages research and personalisation. Sensitive or visionary products - where the energy of light mingles with the manipulation of elements, reinventing the past and looking ahead to an unexplored future.

This constellation shows its face to travellers on the hunt for unknown treasure, new promises, renewal, and unexpected discoveries. Vintage and the past are updated with new experiments, new processes, and natural, warm and innovative materials.

DISCOVER THE 3 CONSTELLATIONS THAT COME TOGETHER IN A STRONG-MINDED AND CONFIDENT SEASON,

# ORION EXPLORERS

Page 5: DENIM PREMIÈRE VISION CONNECTS PLAYERS IN GLOBAL PREMIUM DENIM

In the sidereal darkness, attracted by the glowing orbs and colourful stars of the Milky Way, experience a dream full of unexpected emotions and artistic energy. With suppleness, fantasy and plays on light and shine, this universe proposes denim with the most poetic allure, where mixes of materials, structures and techniques create unexpected creative developments.

Embark on a quest for the future and indigo 3.0 and discover an alternative reality in today’s denim. Technical blues and metallics play on performance, variations in lengths create disproportion in silhouettes, like an extension to infinity. The influences of sport and technology make themselves strongly felt in denim. Surprising and innovative new materials and cutting-edge techniques multiply.
