PROJECT BENEFITS

Second “urban” bridge crossing of Denmark River.

Increased community safety during emergency.

Improved road connectivity for residents living north of town centre.

1st stage (6) industrial lots - employment growth.

Extension of services to McIntosh Road for future industrial land developments.

Capacity for road trains to access new industrial estate without breaking down (no access west of Denmark-

Mt Barker Road).
