TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TRADINGDennis Edwards Wholesale Foods (the Company) 1.All products are offered subject to availability.

2.Published prices are correct at time of publication, although we have taken every precaution to prevent product or pricing errors from occurring, we cannot accept liability should an error be noticed once published. The latest published price list cancels all previous price lists. The effective price is that ruling at the time of despatch.

3.VAT will be added to the invoice in accordance with Government legislation in force at the date of delivery.

4.We reserve the right to alter prices, pack sizes or brand names without notice.

5.All images shown in any webpage, pricelist, brochure, flyer or promotional literature produced by the company Dennis Edwards, are shown as a guide & for informational purposes only.

6.Any prices quoted as Nett are not subject to any further discounts. All prices are subject to movement due to market forces. Notice of price increases cannot be guaranteed.

7.The company reserves the right to alter discount levels, for any reason, at any time.

8.All goods should be checked at the time of delivery, NO credit for damage or shortages can be allowed unless signed for at the time of delivery.

9.The risk of loss or damage to the goods will pass to you, the customer, on delivery.

10.Legal ownership of the goods will not pass to you until the price for the goods has been paid in full.

11.Minimum delivered order value is £50.00, we are unable to process whole of orders below this value. There is no minimum value for collections.

12.A Partner of the company reserves the right to withdraw credit facilities, for any reason, at any time.

13.Any Cheques represented or returned by bank will incur a £15 administration charge.

14.Should a bank transaction be dishonoured in any way, the company has the right to withdraw credit facilities immediately, thereby making all outstanding monies due for payment. An administration charge will be made for each and any dishonoured bank transactions.

15.All new customers are supplied on a STRICTLY CASH ON DELIVERY, until all credit application criteria has been satisfactorily processed or consent given in writing by the company.

16.Monthly account customers are required to settle their accounts by the 15th of every month.. Failure to remit by the due date may result in suspension of deliveries until payment is received in respect of the outstanding monies or all monies owing to the company, irrespective of the age of the debt.

17. Any balance outstanding beyond the above terms will be referred to Daniels Silverman Limited and will be subject to a surcharge of 15% plus vat to cover the collection costs incurred. This surcharge together with all other charges and legal fees incurred will be the responsibility of the customer and will be legally enforceable. Should any account or accounts be passed to our debt collection agency, credit facilities are automatically withdrawn.

18.Credit Notes must be claimed within six months from their tax date, otherwise they will become invalid.

19.Ansaphone Service, orders should always be placed before 12 midnight prior to the day of your usual delivery day. We regret Ansaphone orders cannot be given priority over already routed orders. We CAN accept whole orders or additions to earlier orders, we CANNOT reduce quantities or remove items from orders already placed earlier during the day.

20.Collections we welcome. Please phone in your order at least 30 minutes before your departure, we will have your order processed and picked on your arrival.

us. Each sheet allows for upto 13 weeks ordering.

Our prebaked golden brown Yorkshire Puddings are

made using the finest ingredients to a

traditional recipe. Just warm through and serve

as an accompaniment to a roast dinner ( 3” ) or

serve the giant Yorkshire Pudding with a filling

of your choice.

Fairway are proud to announce the launch of their new own label Classics. The range consists of unique recipes bespoke to Fairway. These have been carefully developed and manufactured to guarantee high levels of consistent quality to rival market leaders.

CAKESThe Classics range consists of two tried and tested favourites - Alabama Chocolate Fudge Cake and Passion Cake. The Alabama Chocolate Fudge cake is a delicious moist rich sponge filled and covered with hot chocolate fudge icing. Our Passion Cake is a mouth watering two layered cake, moist carrot cake sponge containing pineapple and walnuts, coated in a light cream cheese frosting, They are available whole or pre-cut ( 16pp ).

FISHCAKESOur fishcakes are coated in a natural crispy breadcrumb and are free from artificial flavours, preservatives and hydrogenated fats. The range consists of Tuna & Mozzarella, Smoked Haddock, Sweet Chilli Cod & Prawn and our newest addition to the range, Cod, Spinach & Mendip Hills Cheddar Fishcake. All products are packed 12 x 100 - 105 .

APPLE PIE & CARAMEL APPLE PIE

USING real Bramley Apples to create a chunkier eating experience. encased in a light crispy, butter enriched shortcrust pastry, hand crimped and topped with delicious sugar glaze. Our Caramel Apple Pie is topped with crunchy crumble and heaped with caramel fudge.

INDIVIDUAL PUDDINGS

OUR hot individual puddings are produced using the finest ingredients bespoke to the Classics range, providing the caterer a luxury hot dessert with convenience, quality and cost control. Based on a muffin sponge, our range consists of five favourite flavours - Lemon, Chocolate, Strawberry Jam, Sticky Toffee and Treacle.

PROFITEROLES

Comprising of delicate french style choux Pastry generously filled with Whipped Cream to provide everybody’s favourite dessert. Our Profiteroles are packed into 3 bags containing 40 pieces in each and come with Chocolate Sauce conveniently packed in four 250 squeezy tubes.
