7 Subdivision Regulations

• Previous Subdivision Rules adopted by

City Planning Commission in 1954,

revised in 1993, and modified in 2009

• Update is a result of a Working Group

created by the Economic Growth &

Zoning Committee to propose

solutions to the issues of subdivisions

in all neighborhoods of Cincinnati

• December 21, 2018 – Approved by

City Planning Commission

• January 1, 2019 – Subdivision
