1. The appointment is on Contract Basis on fixed monthly contractual emoluments Rs. 7860/- per month i.e. initial of thepay band of Rs. 59 1O-202{)0+1 950 G.P.

2. The appointment is purely on contract basis and liable to be terminated at any time by serving a one month noticefrom either side viz a viz the appointee or the appointing authority.

3. The appointment carries liability to serve in any part ofH.P.4. The contractual appointee will be entitled for 3% increase in the contractual remuneration on completion of one year

tenure subject to the further renewal of contractual period of the individual concerned.5. The contractual appointee will be entitled for one day casual leave after completion of one month's services. This can

be accumulated upto one year. No leave of any other kind is admissible to the contractual employee. He/She will notbe entitled for medical reimbursement and medical etc. Only maternity leave, in case of female employees ,will begiven as per rules.

6. Unauthorized absence from the duty without the approval of the controlling officer, shall automatically leads to thetermination of contract. Contract appointee shall not be entitled for contractual remuneration for the period of absence"from duty.

7. An official appointed on contract basis, who have completed three years tenure at one place of posting, will be eligiblefor transfer on need basis wherever required on administrative grounds.

8. The appointment is further subject to the production of following certificates/documents before joining the duty:-a) Certificate of Medical Fitness issued by the CMO of the concerned district.b) Certificate of Educational Qualification Le.l0+2 from any recognized Board/University/proof of age thereof.c) Character certificate from the Magistrate 1st Class or any Gazetted Officer to whom the candidate is known for the lastthree years.d) Certificate of Bonafide Resident of Himachal Pradesh.e) A certificate if he/she belongs to SC/ST/OBC/WFF/IRDP/Ex. Serviceman from the competent authority.f) A declaration that candidate have not /shall not have more than one living husband/wife.g) A declaration to the effect that if any of the information or documents submitted by him/her proved false, her/hisservices will be terminated.h) The appointment is subject to the verification of her/his character antecedent.

If the above Terms and Conditions are acceptable to him he should report for duty in the 0/0CMOBilaspur, District Bilaspur within 15 days failing which the offer will be treated as cancelled.
