Your Pennsylvania Debit Card is ChangingPennsylvania will soon change the debit card for your unemployment compensation or workers’ compensation benefi ts. Here’s all you need to do:

In February, you will receive your new Chase Pennsylvania debit card in the mail

1. USE YOUR CURRENT CARD

• You should continue to use your current Pennsylvania debit card

• After March 14, 2013, benefi ts will no longer be added to this card; continue to use it until the balance is $0

3. ACTIVATE YOUR NEW CARD

As soon as you get your new card, activate it
