1. Drivers under 16 years of age must have parent's or guardian's written consent.

2. Consumption of alcoholic beverages is prohibited. No foul or abusive language.

3. Drivers must follow proper safety guidelines: Drivers must be firmly seated at all times, no bouncing permitted. Drivers must have at least one hand on steering wheel. Feet must be in general vicinity of clutch and brakes at all times.

4. Tractors must be operated in a safe manner at all times. 5. Weights must be securely fastened. If ANYTHING falls off, the tractor will

be disqualified. 6. All vehicles will have tip-over bars, no wheels as or on tip-over bars. 7. Any protest must be made before tractor being protested leaves the

track. 8. Pulling vehicle must remain in bounds at all times. Out of bounds will

result in disqualification. No measurement will be taken following a disqualification.

9. If there is a problem with a puller or their vehicle, officials must be noti-fied before the vehicle leaves the track.

10. When there is only one (1) exhibit in a class, the exhibitor will receive half of the premium money for the placing awarded by the judge.

Section HFARM CLASS TRACTOR PULL

Tuesday, August 14, 2018 - 1:00 p.m. & 6:00 p.m.State Fair Arena

RULES AND REGULATIONS 1. Pullers must comply with all general rules and regulations. 2. Weights must be securely attached. Front weight racks must be O.E.M.

styled. Front ends, frames, etc. must also be O.E.M. design. Lift hous-ings must be in place; removal of hitch arm assembly and PTO permit-ted. PTO must be shut off or covered or DQ. No weights 15 feet beyond center of rear axle.

3. Tire size maximum 20.8 x 38 or 18.4 x 42, pressed steel wheels permit-ted. No cut, shaped or sharpened tires.

4. Maximum 3000 RPM. No 'P' pump factory appearing pump in stock position of make, model, and year of tractor. Turbo size T04-3LM466 or S300 w 2.36 inlet.

5. If tractor is stopped within first 50', the puller is entitled to a restart. 6. Classes: E1-6500#, E2-7500#, E3-8500#, E4-9500#,

E5-10,500# E6-11,500# and E7-12,500# all 8 mph. E8-6500#, 10 mph. E9-7500#, E10-8500#, E11-9500#, E12-10,500#; E13-11,500#; E14-

12,500#, all 12.5 mph. Payout: $110 $80 $60 $30 1st Place will get a trophy Repowered Farm Classes R1-8,500#; R2-9,500# both 8 mph. Air

3. PTO's SHOULD BE REMOVED OR COVERED. 4. Drivers must follow proper safety guidelines: Drivers must be firmly

seated at all times, no bouncing permitted. Drivers must have at least one hand on steering wheel. Feet must be in general vicinity of clutch and brakes at all times.

5. Tractors must be operated in a safe manner at all times. 6. No radial tires allowed and no locked differentials. 7. Tractors can enter 2 classes. 8. Front weights can go no more than 11 feet from center of rear axle. 9. Weights must be securely fastened. If ANYTHING falls off, the tractor will

be disqualified.10. Minimum drawbar length is 18" from center of rear axle to point of

hook, measured horizontally. Drawbar to be stationary in all directions. Maximum height 20", from top hitching point parallel to ground. Hitching hook on sled must fit freely in hooking device on tractor, no obstruction of chain or hook, and no springs on hitch mechanism. All classes must have 3" wide by 3 3/4" long hitch hole.

11. All pulling vehicles will have tip-over bars, no wheels as or on tip-over bars.

12. Any protest must be made before tractor being protested leaves the track.

13. Tractors must be two-wheel drive. No crawlers or dual wheels.14. The first pull in each class is entitled to re-pull, but must take the 3rd or

6th position and must take the 2nd measurement.15. NO ONE is allowed to ride on or in a pulling vehicle while inside of pit

area. NO ONE is allowed on track but officials and puller. 16. NO FUEL MIXTURES ALLOWED.17. Pulling vehicle must remain in bounds at all times. Out of bounds will

result in disqualification. No measurement will be taken following a disqualification.

18. If there is a problem with a puller or their vehicle, officials must be noti-fied before the vehicle leaves the track.

August 15, 2018 - 10:00 a.m. & 6:00 p.m. - State Fair ArenaRULES AND REGULATIONS

1. Pullers must comply with all general rules and regulations. 2. All tractors must be equipped for the year and model or factory replace-

ment. AC, WC can use D-17 engine, John Deere can use power blocks. No block spacer plate. 10% over standard R.P.M. for the model.

3. Tire size 15.5 x 38 and under, no rim limit. No grinding on tire sizes. No excessive cutting on wheels beyond an unsafe point. Judge's decision final.

4. All tractors may pull in any gear, not to exceed 3.5 MPH. If tractor ex-ceeds 3.5 MPH after first 100 feet pulled, tractor will be disqualified.

5. Serial numbers will be checked, and RPM may be checked; pullers' responsibility. Drawbars and weights will be checked.

6. All tractors must have positive stop throttle. 7. All tractors may be checked after pull. 8. Two attempts can be made to start sled while on track; if not, tractor is

eliminated. If tractor is stopped within first 50', the puller is entitled to his second attempt.

9. Classes: A1-3250#, A2-3500# , A3-4000#, A4-4500#, A5-5000#, A6-5500#, A7-5500# and A8-6500#10. Trophies: 8 per class.

Section B - ANTIQUE TRACTOR PULL18.4 x 38 cut tires, 1959 & older

August 15, 2018 - 10:00 a.m. & 6:00 p.m. - State Fair ArenaRULES AND REGULATIONS

1. Pullers must comply with all general rules and regulations. 2. No torque shifting or locked rear ends. 3. No excessive stripping, must remain stock appearance; however cut off

axles and cut wheels allowed. 4. Tractors allowed 10% over factory RPM and must have positive stop

throttle. 5. All tractors must be equipped for the year and model or factory replace-

ment parts. AC, WC, WD, WD45 and use D17 engine. International H350 and M450, John Deere can use power blocks. No block spacer plate. John Deere Letter Series may run 2 barrel carburetor.

6. All tractors may pull in any gear, not to exceed 3.5 MPH. If tractor ex-ceeds 3.5 MPH after first 100 feet pulled, tractor will be disqualified.

7. If a tractor is stopped within the first 50 feet, the puller is entitled to a restart.

8. Classes: B1-4000#, B2-4500#, B3-5000#, B4-5500#, B5-6500#, B6-7500#, B7-8500#, 18.4x38 tires and under. No rim

limit. 9. Trophies: 8 per class.

Section C - ANTIQUE TRACTOR PULLAugust 15, 2018 - 10:00 a.m. & 6:00 p.m. - State Fair Arena

Uncut Tires - 1959 & OlderRULES AND REGULATIONS

1. Pullers must comply with all general rules and regulations. 2. All tractors must be equipped for the year and model or factory replace-

ment. AC, WC can use D-17 engine, John Deere can use power blocks. No block spacer plate. 10% over standard RPM for the model.

3. Tire size can be a maximum of 16.9 x 34 with no rim limit. No grinding on tire size. No excessive cutting on wheels beyond an unsafe point. Judge's decision is final. No factory purposely molded pulling tire.

4. Draw bars must be 18 x 18 measured from center of rear axle. Weights may be placed up to 11' in front of tractor measuring for the center of rear axle. Serial numbers will be checked, and RPM may be checked; pullers' responsibility. Drawbars and weights will be checked.

5. All tractors may pull in any gear, not to exceed 3.5 mph. If tractor exceeds 3.5 mph after first 100 feet pulled, tractor will be disqualified.

6. All tractors must have positive stop throttle. 7. All tractors may be checked after pull. 8. If tractor is stopped within first 50', the puller is entitled to his second

attempt. 9. Classes: C1-3250, C2-3500, C3-4000, C4-4500, C5-5000,

C6-5500, C7-6000, C8-6500.10. Class: C9-7500, C10-8500# these classes may run tire size 18.4x38,

with no rim limit. 11. Trophies: 8 per class.

Section D - CLASSIC TRACTOR PULLAugust 15, 2018 - 10:00 a.m. & 6:00 p.m. - State Fair Arena

No ShiftingRULES AND REGULATIONS

1. Pullers must comply with all general rules and regulations. 2. Tractors must be 1958 or older. Any tractor in question as to being 1958

or older must have serial number in proper place that can be easily read. Tractors must have stock block, no increase height in any blocks (deck plates, shims or girdles) except for stock gaskets and no external parts manufactured for tractors built later than 1958. Any tractor that has a se-rial number or parts to make a newer tractor appear legal will be disquali-fied. No turbo chargers or super chargers allowed. No altered frames. 2018 GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONSOfficial's decision is final.

1. Drivers under 16 years of age must have parent's or guardian's written consent.

2. Consumption of alcoholic beverages is prohibited. No foul or abusive language.

3. Drivers must follow proper safety guidelines: Drivers must be firmly seated at all times, no bouncing permitted. Drivers must have at least one hand on steering wheel. Feet must be in general vicinity of clutch and brakes at all times.

4. Tractors must be operated in a safe manner at all times. 5. Weights must be securely fastened. If ANYTHING falls off, the tractor

will be disqualified. 6. All vehicles will have tip-over bars. 7. Any protest must be made before tractor being protested leaves the

track. Protest will be $50.00. 8. Pulling vehicle must remain in bounds at all times. Out of bounds will

result in disqualification. No measurement will be taken following a disqualification.

9. If there is a problem with a puller or their vehicle, officials must be noti-fied before the vehicle leaves the track.

10. When there is only one (1) exhibit in a class, the exhibitor will receive half of the premium money for the placing awarded by the judge.

11. The Missouri State Fair does not guarantee premium money, mer-chan-dise, prizes or special awards. Because the State Fair Commis-sion is without constitutional or statutory authority to borrow money for its operation, it reserves the right to prorate premium money because of state budget restraints.

12. All pullers must wear closed toe shoes (tennis shoes/boots) and full length pants. DOT approved helmet.
