Keep a deployment journal. If you are new to this area,make an effort to get to knowyour neighbors they may be-
come a great support. Take advantage of all the freeopportunities in the city go tothe beach or Seaworld. Balboahas free museum nights on Tues-days!
Start a new hobby or project. Be healthy make sure you aregetting enough sleep, eatingright, and exercising regularly.
