Terms & Conditions:

1. By participating in this campaign, Users agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions of this Offer. Any person participating in this Offer shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions. “Users” for the purpose of these Terms and Conditions shall mean such existing accountholders of Axis Bank who receive a communication directly from Axis Bank about the campaign via SMS or e-mailer and who deposit/transfer a minimum of Rs. 10,000/- to Rs 25,000/- in their Axis bank savings account during the campaign period i.e. from 15th June 2013 to 30th June 2013.

2. All Users who receive a communication directly by Axis Bank about the campaign via SMS or e-mailer and deposit Rs 10,000/- to Rs 25,000/- in their Axis Bank savings account during the campaign period i.e. from 15th June 2013 to 30th June 2013 , would get a e-voucher code from yebhi.com (a third party service provider) worth Rs. 500/- or Rs 1000/- respectively as per the following table , applicable for first 50,000 customers for Rs 500/- voucher & first 10,000 customer for Rs 1,000/- vouchers. It is clearly understood by the User that the vouchers are being provided by a third party – yebhi.com and not by Axis Bank. Hence, in the event of any dispute regarding utilization of the voucher or any other related issues therein or incidental thereto shall be settled by the User with yebhi.com and no User shall bring any dispute(s) to Axis Bank.

3. User will be entitled for any one of the highest amount of e-voucher code based on Deposit amount mobilized in any single day of campaign period either worth Rs.500/- off on a purchase of Rs.2000/- & above OR worth Rs 1,000/- off on a purchase of Rs. 4000/- & above from yebhi.com. For rewarding voucher worth Rs. 1,000/- , the User can be given a single voucher of Rs. 1,000/- or two vouchers of Rs. 500/- each, as per the availability. Both the vouchers (Rs.500 & Rs.1000) will be applicable only on Foot wears, Apparels, Watches , Eye wears, Fragrances, Bags, Accessories and Home décor only and NOT ON Mobiles, Cameras, Gold & Diamond Jewelry & other Home Appliances. These vouchers will be applicable on products which are already on discounts. Every voucher is unique can be used for single transaction only, no two vouchers can be used for same transaction.

4. User will need to enter offer code in the space allocated for “Promo Code” to avail discounts on www.yebhi.com only ’ after CHECKOUT before making payment .

5. All purchases will have to be made online on www.yebhi.com. 6. These offers cannot be combined with any other offer currently applicable on www.yebhi.com . 7. In case the User cancels the purchase, the cancellation policy would remain same as mentioned on

http://www.yebhi.com/CustomerService.aspx. 8. All orders would be subject to availability at the time of purchase and will be governed by the standard

terms and conditions on www.yebhi.com 9. This Offer is made available to the User/s selected at the discretion of Axis Bank. 10. All issues / queries / complaints / grievances relating to the Offer, if any, shall be addressed to

Yebhi.com directly by mail to: support@yebhi.com or by calling customer support at :-0124 6766300 (24 X 7) without any reference to Axis Bank. The same shall be addressed by Yebhi.com only up to a period of 5 days after the date of transaction/purchase.

11. The Offer is not transferable, non-negotiable and cannot be encashed. 12. This Offer is only valid for Users who are Indian citizens and whose Mobile Number or Email addresses

is registered with Axis Bank. 13. The voucher is valid from 15th July 2013 till 14th August 2013 . Users acknowledge that the Offer is

completely sponsored by third party i.e yebhi.com . Axis Bank does not hold any guarantee / warranty for the e-voucher coupon code being offered and would not be liable in any manner whatsoever or howsoever to any party including but not limited to any financial loss / damage that may arise in connection with using the same.

14. Coupon codes will be shared only through SMS and e- mailers as is registered with Axis Bank. The message would be sent to the Users’ registered mobile number and email address. Axis Bank or yebhi.com shall in no way be liable if the coupon code is not delivered due to incorrect mobile number, email address or the User’s mobile being switched off or in case the coupon code is unable to be viewed at Users’ end for any reason whatsoever.

15. Users are not bound in any manner to avail the Offer. Participation by the Users is purely voluntary and on participation or utilizing the Offer, Users agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of the Offer at all times.

16. Yebhi.com or Axis Bank reserves the right to, without liability or prejudice to any of its other rights, at any time, without previous notice and from time to time, withdraw/suspend/amend/cancel this Offer, without assigning any reasons thereof and shall not be liable to any User on account thereof. The Terms and Conditions of this promotion are subject to change without any prior notice.

17. Axis Bank reserves the right to disqualify any User from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer or otherwise by use of the services.

18. Axis Bank is not responsible for any loss of coupon code/voucher for any reason whatsoever including but not limited to any problems caused by internet connections and/or internet service providers. Axis Bank shall not be responsible for system outages, delays, equipment malfunctions, errors or data loss of any kind, lost or unavailable connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or deleted transmissions or other technological or technical difficulties or impediments or any other force majeure event that may prevent a User from participating in the Offer.

19. Axis Bank is not responsible for any errors and/or omissions in the terms and conditions contained herein. All information is provided on "as is" basis without warranty of any kind. Axis Bank makes no representation and disclaims all express, implied, and statutory warranties of any kind to the User and/or any third party including, without limitation, warranties as to accuracy, timeliness, completeness, merchantability, or fitness for any particular purpose.

20. The User agrees to indemnify and keep Axis Bank indemnified for any loss or damage that Axis Bank may suffer w.r.t the Offer including but not limited to any fraudulent and/or illegal transaction or any misrepresentation made by the User while participating in this Offer.

21. The Offer is void where prohibited by law. All relevant national and local laws apply.

22. Axis Bank shall not be responsible for any deficiency in the goods or services and/or any delay in delivering the goods as provided by yebhi.com and/or any third party to the Users in connection with this Offer. The same shall be settled by the User and the third party / yebhi directly without any reference to Axis Bank.

23. Axis Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever if the coupon codes / voucher(s) are non-functional due to any technical or other issues at yebhi.com’s website.

24. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency regarding any instructions, rules and conditions on any advertising or promotional material relating to the Offer, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail over all such other instructions, rules and conditions.

25. Failure by Axis Bank to enforce any of its right at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. 26. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. The decision made by Axis Bank in

relation to this Offer and matter incidental there to shall be final and binding on the User. The courts at Mumbai shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any disputes with respect to all the subject matter with relation to the Offer.
