Sub: CILT Pakistan’s Annual Get-together – 2015

Dear Sir / Madam,

1. In keeping the CILT tradition alive, Annual Get-together for members and their families this year will be held on Saturday 26th December, 2015 at Dream World Resorts at Super Highway from 10:30 to 16:30 hours.

2. A Committee of CILT Pakistan’s members negotiated with the Organizers to get an attractive package for CILT members and their families. The charges per adult person is Rs.800/- and for children under 12 is Rs.650/- (children under four years are free) which includes the following:-(a) Club activities – Boating and Bowling etc from 1100 to 1300 hours(b) Lunch from 1300 to 1400 hours (c) Tea 15:30 hours

3. Members who wish to participate in the propgram should intimate the number of persons. Amount should be sent by cheque / Pay Order / Cash drawn on CILT Pakistan to our office at CILT House: 2 / B, Block 6, Gulistan-e-Jauhar, near Mausmiat Office, Karachi till 15th Dec, 2015.

4. Member’s guests are also welcome. Members are required to use their own transport to reach the resort by 10: 30 hours sharp at the Entrance Gate of Dream World Resort. However, if some members are unable to use their own transport, should contact Manager (Admin), Aslam Azeem at Tel: 021-34224334 and Mob: 0321-8956386.

5. All members are requested to confirm participation by 15th Dec, 2015. Registration will be on first come first served basis. After receipt of payment tokens will be issued to all participants which have to be shown at the entrance to the Resort.
