Itinerary Summary

THURSDAY, JULY 11 ■ Guests arrive at La Fonda Hotel, Santa Fe. Check-in time is 3 pm.

FRIDAY, JULY 12 ■ Morning departure via motor coach to Taos Pueblo — a UNESCO World Heritage site. ■ Travel from Taos Pueblo to Taos. In Taos you may visit galleries and museums on your own. Time is allowed for you to enjoy lunch wherever you like in town. ■ Taos to O’Keeffe home and studio. There will be a guided behind-the-scenes tour. ■ O’Keeffe home to Ghost Ranch. There will be landscape tour of the vistas that inspired O’Keeffe. ■ Ghost Ranch to Rancho de Chimayo restaurant for group dinner.

SATURDAY, JULY 13 ■ La Fonda Hotel to International Folk Art Market. V.I.P. early admission passes – 7 to 10:30 am. ■ Lunch on your own. ■ Afternoon at your leisure to explore O’Keeffe Museum, New Mexico Museum of Art, Museum of Contemporary Native Arts, and/or the many other art museums, art galleries, studios, and shops. ■ 6 pm / Depart La Fonda Hotel via motor coach to tour Meow Wolf. Meow Wolf is an art collective that creates immersive experiences that transport audiences into fantastic realms of story and exploration. This includes art installations, video and music production, and extended reality content. ■ 7:30 pm / Group dinner

SUNDAY, JULY 14 ■ Guests depart / Check out time is noon.

Confirmation Form TERMS AND CONDITIONS The tour is sold as described. There are no refunds for unused portions of these segments. The tour price is based on 14 travelers. If fewer than 14 participate, a price supplement may apply. Travelers must be members at the Ambassador level. INCLUSIONS Three night stay at La Fonda, private air conditioned motor coach for touring, entrance fees and guided tour fees for sites of interest as indicated on itinerary, two breakfast vouchers, two group dinners, tour development and planning, complete pre-departure documentation and materials, and final documents. EXCLUSIONS Air fare and transportation costs to and from airports, personal expenses such as laundry and room service, excess baggage fees, items of personal nature, items not specifically mentioned in the itinerary, communication charges, airport porterage, and personal and travel insurance. RESERVATIONS A non-refundable deposit of $500/per person is required by February 15, 2019. Final payment is due May 1, 2019.
