RECYCLED T-SHIRT BAG

Try making your design come to life by using an old t-shirt!

WHAT TO DO:

1. Cut the sleeves and neckline out of the t-shirt.

2. Cut slits along the bottom of the t-shirt. Make sure you cut the front and back together at the same time, so the slits are the same size.

3. Turn the t-shirt inside out.

4. Tie the front and back tassels together in a knot and then tie the knots together so there are no gaps.

5. Turn your t-shirt the right way and your bag is ready to use!

You could sew or draw messages onto the t-shirt to personalise your design-a-bag. You could use this to promote messages of recycling and nature conservation.
