AIM OF THE LESSON:
To introduce students to the two LEDs used in the Edison robot,
how to turn them on and off and how to control their timing.
LESSON OBJECTIVES
At the end of this lesson, you will be able to:
1. Explain what an LED is and how it works.
2. Tell the difference between LED, compact fluorescent, and incandescent light bulbs.
3. Work out the value in using LEDs instead of ordinary bulbs, because of their lifespan.
4. Find the programming block that controls the LED in Edware.
5. Flash the left or the right LED separately for a certain time.
6. Blink one LED many times.
7. Control the two LEDs at the same time.

TASK 2:
Ask students to adjust the previous task by leading the left LED switch off for 5 seconds.
TASK 3:
ask students to add icons for right LED (switch off & on) as the same manner for the left LED.
