SELECTING SUITABLE PRESSURE SENSOR

• To select a pressure sensor that can withstand a maximum of 12 bar(174 psi).

• Also to select a long-term stability, cost effective sensor with high accuracy, easy installation and low maintenance.

• Ceramic CAPACITIVE sensor is suitable for this purpose.

SELECTING SUITABLE SPEED SENSORMax. speed to be measured is

3900 rpm(revolutions per minute).

Preferred method - Contact type.

Size-should be compact.

Accordingly, FIXED TYPE DC TACHOMETER is suitable for this purpose.

SELECTING SUITABLE TEMPERATURE SENSOR

Max. temperature to be measured- 90 Degree Celsius.

Medium-water / Air.

It should have good reliability & low cost.

Accordingly, THERMOCOUPLE type temperature sensor is suitable for our purpose.
