Summit Construction was established in 1999 with one thing in mind – provide high-

quality, on-time construction management and contracting services for our community. Brad Schuh serves as President and Project Manager, managing the operations on all projects. We are a local state certified Contractor that specializes in providing bonded construction management and general contracting services in Indian River & St. Lucie Counties. The members of Summit have been providing these services for over 25 years. THE SUMMIT TEAM Brad Schuh – President Brad is the company’s Project Manager and CEO. He handles all project coordination, procurement, and owner/architect relations. Brad has been managing commercial projects in this area for over 25 years. He has successfully completed over $100 million worth of local commercial projects. Brad is a graduate of the University of Florida, School of Building Construction. Michael Selig – Project Superintendent Mike joined Summit in April 2005. Prior to his employment here, Mike worked for another prominent, local General Contractor for six years, and prior to that, he Owned and Operated his own cabinet shop. Mike has more than 30 years of construction experience, and is a true asset to the Summit Team. He is experienced with all the necessary codes (Southern Standard Code, Americans with Disabilities, State Requirements for Educational Facilities), and has a great working relationship with all of our subcontractors and A/Es. Christy Schwartz – Office Manager Christy fulfills all of the accounting duties and contract administration for Summit. She has worked in construction administration for the past 25 years. She has experience in nearly every phase of construction administration including estimating, accounting, project management, office management, scheduling, permitting and safety. Christy is a graduate from the University of Florida, School of Building Construction. Lincoln Irons - Project Manager and Estimator Lincoln is our project manager, estimator, sales professional and property manager, with over 15 years experience in construction. He has created an extensive network of contacts in the construction field, and has an established track record of great sales results and customer satisfaction.
