The Alfresco Design & Consultation provides a visual

concept of your Alfresco Renovation. This allows you

to view the design in detail which may include Outdoor

Kitchen cabinetry, benchtops and appliances, outdoor

flooring and any other non-structural elements.

The following items are included within the Alfresco

Design and Consultation Service:

Site inspection, measure and consultation

Floorplan of Alfresco layout including details

and specifications

Visual drawings showing cabinetry, flooring and any

non-structural elements

Proposal of colours and finishes/materials

Quotation for alfresco renovation including products

and building works

Investment: from $550* inc GST

*This fee is deducted from the total quote should you proceed with Creative

Home Renovations to complete your Alfresco Renovation.

BATHROOM DESIGN & CONSULTATION

The Bathroom Design & Consultation provides

a visual concept of your Bathroom Renovation.

This allows you to view the design in detail including

cabinetry specified, products selected and all colours

and finishes.

The following items are included within the Bathroom

Design & Consultation Service:

Site inspection, measure and consultation

Floorplan of Bathroom layout including details

and specifications

Visual drawings showing cabinetry, fixtures

and fittings

Proposal of colours for cabinetry, tiles, and any

other finishes/materials

Quotation for Bathroom Renovation including

products and building works

Investment: from $350* inc GST

*This fee is deducted from the total quote should you proceed with
