DIGISCOPE 3-in-1 Digital General, Microscope Photography & Projection System: - Options for 8 & 12 Megapixel Resolution - Adapter Fits Most Microscopes - Use with Mono / Bino / Trinocular Microscopes - Carry Around for General Photography This system is a versatile digital camera system that supports a wide variety of microscopy applications. The system is easy to use, fast and connects onto almost all microscopes using the provided adapter.

It can also be used as a digital camera for general photography. The camera system can also be conveniently carried around for capturing images in the field. You can use it to take photos in the field, your own photos, etc., i.e. for general photography.

With camera-to-microscope adapter the camera is fit onto a microscope from where you can capture photographs of the microscope slide. These images are saved inside the camera.

Using a computer and a colour printer, you can get instant copies of your general photographs as well as microscope photographs. Using a computer or a TV you can also project the microscope slide on to the computer monitor or TV and give a live demonstration to your class. 1-1. B I O R E A C T O R / F E R M E N T O R _____________________ This is an all-purpose bioprocessing system designed to maximize yields in both fermentation and cell culture. Uses the newest advances in microprocessor control with successful stirred-tank technology, BioFERMA blends multi-loop process control with the latest innovations in cell culture. Various accessories are available, including a selection of interchangeable bioreactor vessels. Controls pH, DO, temperature, airflow, stirring speed using microprocessor based control system. The BioFERMA bioreactor is controlled by micro processor based digital PID control algorithm. The temperature control range is from room temperature plus 3

oC to 70oC. Using optional cooling system, temperature can be controlled from 10

oC to 70

oC. It has a stirrer agitation speed range from 80

to 999 rpm and it can be used very usefully for anaerobic microorganism or aerobic microorganism fermentation process. BioFERMA offers a real alternative to our competitors with a truly modular system approach. Each module is totally independent, using its own power supply, pumps etc. Although individual, the modules can stack together to create an extremely neat, combined unit with inter-linking mains cable. The system is easy to use and allows you to capture and view real-time gel images directly on the PC or LCD monitor. Effective 14.7 megapixel resolution. One of the easiest to use desktop systems for gel documentation and photography applications, the universal platform DigiGEL stands alone to provide the lowest cost yet high quality digital scientific analysis and visualization system for labs in India. The DigiGEL system offers reproducible, high resolution digital images for gel documentation (Gel Doc). DigiGEL is ideal if you have a limited budget because we have a lot of options for you. You can purchase the basic system with the camera, transilluminator, mini darkroom and then add printer, software, large sized LCD monitor as the need arises. The DigiGEL system is based on 14.7 megapixel digital cameras. The resolution is true 14.7 million mega-pixel. This system can also work without a PC. For connection to a PC we provide a USB connecting interface along with camera control software to directly control the camera functions from the PC. L A M I N A R A I R F L O W U N I T S _____________________ 14. LAMINAR AIR FLOW UNITS: ZENITH At the heart of ZENITH laminar flow lie the absolute filters,

which are type HIGH EFFICIENCY PARTICULATE AIR (HEPA) filters. These HEPA filters do no allow particles of diameter more than 0.3 microns to pass through them. ZENITH laminar flow units make molecules of air move at the same speed in parallel directions. Thus, molecules and particles do not change direction and cause turbulence in a laminar air flows.

ZENITH laminar airflow units correspond to all the above

15. BIOSAFETY CABINET: ZENITH A combination of cost-effectiveness and optimum performance/safety. Two HEPA filters (99.99% at 0.3

microns) provide operator / environment protection as per Class 100 (US Federal Standard 209E) product protection. Main body is constructed from laminated wood boards with stainless steel work surface, or mild steel with stainless steel work surface or completely out of stainless steel. Built-in blower system, transparent glass sides, variable speed control, fluorescent lighting and glass front door. The large workspace allows you to place all items required for a complete procedure within the work zone thereby minimizing air barrier penetration, reducing possible escape of contaminants from the work zone. 16. FUME EXTRACTION HOODS: ZENITH Double walled construction made of laminated board, mild steel or stainless steel sheets. Inner workspace

can be made of any of the following materials: wooden board with FRP lining, epoxy-coated mild steel or corrosion-resistant stainless steel grade 316. Front door sash made of tempered glass in frame of epoxy-coated aluminium with counter-weights for easy vertical lifting. Ergonomic airfoil at the front allows air to sweep the work surface for maximum containment. This also ensures that operator standing in front of the hood does not disrupt inward airflow. Baffles have been designed to give a uniform face velocity pattern across sash opening of the hood. Base cabinets constructed of wooden boards or cold-rolled steel coated with epoxy for corrosion resistance. Front doors and shelves are also epoxy coated for corrosion resistance and for storage of chemicals etc. The blowers are statically and dynamically balanced to give a low-vibration and low-noise working. for easy movement. Each rack is of size 48”x21” and made from thick plexiglass. Spacing between racks is 15”. Every rack is fitted with 4 fluorescent tubes (40W each, 2425/6500K lumens) and 4 CFL bulbs (15W each) and one UV tube (30W, 36”). Electronic ballasts are provided instead of chokes.
