Choose your BU & country (from drop-down menu)

Provide your ASW contact (staff name and company email) if you’re not our staff

Open Internet browser and click HERE to register yourPhotoblog account

Set your own Password

Enter the text from the Validation Image

Hit “Register”

You are now successfully registered and can log in the Photoblog anytime

to view and share GVD actions around the world!

2. Desktop Log In and Image Upload Procedures

Open Internet browser and click HERE to log in your Photoblog account

Type your Username and Password

Hit “Log in”

After Log In, go to Posts on the Dashboard and click “Add New” to create new post

Fill in an eye-catching TITLE in both “English” and “ 简中” (i.e. Simplified Chinese) to allow your post to appear in both languages of the Photoblog

Click “Upload/Insert” and you will see the uploading screen on the next page of tutorial


Drag your image/video directly to this text boxORClick “Select Files”

Double-click the image/video you want to upload


After a file has been uploaded, you will see the following screen


Title of the file is defaulted as your file name. You can choose to change your file name here.

ALWAYS select “Large” for every file upload

**Remember to ALWAYS click:1) “Use as featured image”; then2) “Insert into Post” to finish all settings here

1. Select your identity

- If you are our staff, please tick ASW staff.

- If you are other participants of the GVD, e.g. staff’s family members, friends, suppliers, beneficiaries, etc., please tick ASW friends.


2. Select your market

Select your respective operating market (Asia/Europe).


3. Select the correct Award Category

- If your upload fits in one of the award categories of the “Rate & Win!” Competition, tick the respective category.

(EACH UPLOAD CAN SELECT ONE CATEGORY ONLY)

- Click HERE to read Rules of the Game and check out the reference photo for each award category.

Hit “Publish” when everything is ready!


The post is now published and you can click “View post” to check out your real post on the Photoblog

If you want to edit other posts, click “All Posts” and hit the entry you need editing

3. Select correct “Categories” and type relevant “Tags” to enter “Rate & Win!” Competition (same as the Image Upload Procedures)
