The DM takes WO created at the store to HQ and allows HQ to decide which store should process the order to the client as a transfer out. At store level DM provides picking and packing. When the Transfer is complete it returns to the store and closes the WO – generating the final invoice. This application allows for payment of the work order to be taken at the store that sells the product, the store that ships the product or at HQ. In all cases the sale and revenue is allocated to the store where the order was generated.

Landed Cost Calculations allows you to: • Define the elements that make up the landed cost • Define the relationship of what cost may be contained in each element.

Received Purchase Orders from RMS are brought across as “Open” status in the Landed Cost module. Upon receipt of the supplier’s invoice you can edit and verify the invoiced amount and LCC value. You can calculate Landed Cost for each delivery note, and keep track of them in the system. The closed invoices will be matched against the “Sales Ledger” and all transactions will be updated. Landed cost works as an “Average FIFO”.

The system automatically builds a daily record for all items: QTY, Transfer-Ins, Transfer-Outs, Returns, Adjustments, Breaks (Parent/Child), Sales, total value sold, cost of item, price of item, % disc of full price sale versus actual sale, ID of receiving supplier, ID of department and category to which that item belongs, at the end of each day. After that, this program works as a service and updates itself automatically. This module comes with many standard active reports that also support graphic views of data.

are left behind. This applies where customers do not want the archiving module. • Drop Notification – This controls, by tender type, how much money is in the float; how

much you want to take in the drawer, at what amount you want to be prompted to drop the excess in a safe, and at what amount you want to block all transactions until the money has been dropped.

• X/Z Report – This allows you to view the current X or OLD Z report of any batch. Look at Department / Category / Item Statistics per batch – and allows you to print this on an OPOS or Windows printer.

• Handle Tare Weigh – This allows identification of weigh items by Department, Category or Item. The module prompts the user to enter the package weight where the item has a variable tare weight. This is useful where the container tare weight varies (salad bars with different packages).

• Fraction Control – Controls which department, category, or item you do not allow QTY to be entered as a fraction.

• Scan Customer After Each Sale – This is a window similar to QS2000 Search Customer Screen. The windows look for an exact match of Account Number, Phone Number, and ZIP/Postal Code. If it does not find a match, it goes to FIND but does not load the customer database. After the search, you can select the customer (avoiding having to go to the customer list – one less window). This program was created for users with very large customer databases (100,000+ customers).

• Detail On Work Order and Layaway (SHIFT-F9 equivalent) – This appears once only when the Work Order, Layaway are created and not after.
