Student Bus/Van Transport Guide

1. Transportation services are not provided or managed by any of the Tenby Schools, Setia Eco Park or their affiliates (“Tenby”). They are provided and managed by externally-sourced transport operators.

2. As they are external service providers, please contact them directly on all transport

arrangements as they are to be made between the transport operators and the parents/ guardians. All transport fares are to be paid by the parents/ guardians directly to the appointed transport operator.

3. However, in the interest of facilitating communication between the transport operators and parents/ guardians, parents/ guardians may contact Mr. James Gan (james.gan@tenby.edu.my) on any questions or concerns in relation to transport services that they may have.

4. The list of transport operators above is solely for the convenience of parents/ guardians to facilitate their selection of a transport operator for their children’s/ wards’ daily journey to and from school. Nothing in this Guide and the arrangement pertaining to transport services shall be interpreted or construed as creating or evidencing any association , partnership, joint venture or agency relationship between Tenby and the transport operators.

5. The mode of transports is by bus / van. All buses/vans come equipped with air-

conditioners and seat belts.

6. Tenby shall not be held responsible for any change in routes taken, schedules or any untoward incidents that occurs in transporting children to and from the school.

7. Parents/ Guardians must regularly impress upon their children/ wards the importance of

personal safety and security while traveling in the bus/ van.

8. Parents/ Guardians must ensure that their children/ wards practice good behavior while traveling in the bus/ van.

9. The transport operators have been briefed on the importance of ensuring a safe and

efficient mode of transport to and from school.
