Did you remember to write in your journal? Journaling can be such a blessing. You can use it for so many things. Besides writing about your daily experiences, physically and emotionally, you can use it as a dream journal, and you can write down your blessings. Here some fun exercises: Ø Start every day by writing down you first thoughts. Do not edit it. Just let it flow. It is a great way to cleanse emotions and thought forms from the system. You can also get some aha moments from observing your written words. It only takes 10 minutes. Ø At night, before you go to sleep, I want you to do write down everything you are grateful for in your life. It can be little things, like how someone smiled at you at work, or bigger things like how grateful you are for having a house to live in. Write down every little thing you can think of for about 15 minutes. This practice has great healing benefits, and opens you heart to even more blessings.

Day Two!

Well on your way to a cleaner body, I hope you are feeling strong and ready to take on day two! Remember how amazing you are!

Did you remember to write in your journal? Journaling can be such a blessing. You can use it for so many things. Besides writing about your daily experiences, physically and emotionally, you can use it as a dream journal, and you can write down your blessings. Here some fun exercises:

Before breakfast, drink a glass of water with the juice of half a lemon. Breakfast-Juice: (About I Liter/32oz ). 4 stalks of celery. If leaves at the end, juice them also. 1 large or two small cucumbers 2 green apples. 1 handful of spinach. 1 peace of ginger ( use 1-2 inches. You will find out how strong you prefer your juice). 1 whole lemon. ½ Fennel bulb. About ¼ bunch of parsley. If this is too much to drink in one setting for you, take the rest with you go, in the car, or on the bus. Depending on your morning routine, making everything ready the night before, can save a lot of time. Go over the juices that you need to make for breakfast and lunch, and prepare the fruits and vegetables, and store them in an air tight box in the fridge over-night. Lunch-Juices: Make two different juices, about ½ liter, 16oz of each, and drink them around 10.00 am and 13.00 am depending on your time of breakfast. Listen to your body, and drink water in between. You can also have herbal tea without caffeine. More is not always better. Juice1: 1 cucumber. 2 stalks of celery. 1 green apple. 1 inch slice of fresh pineapple. 1 grapefruit. 1 orange.

Juice2: 2 cups leafy greens.. 2 tomatoes. 1 green apple. 3 carrots. 2 inch slice if pineapple. 1 inch of ginger. Dinner- Juice: Drink your dinner juice around 16.00 to 18-00. If you are going for any kind of exercise, drink it before that. After the workout, drink lemon water. If you can get fresh coconut water from young coconuts, that is a great after work out drink. Make about one liter/32oz of the dinner juice if you feel that is your last juice of the day. If going for the late-night juice also, make a little less. You can make both at the same time and store in an air tight container in the refrigerator. 1 cucumber. 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder, or a piece of fresh root.. 3 stalks of celery. 1 piece of ginger. 1 orange. 1 lemon. 1 cup of grapes. If any of the juices seem too strong tasting for you, feel free to add some water to dilute it. You can also add some ice cubes if you wish. Late night – Juice: If you want this to taste a little spicy, you can add some garlic powder or some chilly-powder. 3 tomatoes. 3 stalks of celery. 1 red pepper. 3 carrots. 1 green apple.
