• the Fast Track to Innovation (FTI) pilot is testing a new approach to give the development of innovations the last push needed before their introduction to the market.

• It is the only fully bottom-up measure in Horizon 2020 promoting close-to-market innovation activities and open to all types of participants.

• The FTI pilot aims to reduce the time from idea to market and to increase the participation in Horizon 2020 of industry, SMEs and first-time industry applicants.

• FTI projects must be business-driven and clearly demonstrate a realistic potential for quick deployment and market take-up of innovations.

IPR management

accomplished

New IPR

The management of all IPR will be regulated in detail through the “Consortium Agreement (CA)” which preparation will be fully developed before the start of the project. The CA will be based on the DESCA model updated for H2020 and the current agreements already signed by some of the project partners. This agreement will also regulate the process of obtaining IP-protection, exploitation and revenue sharing between partners for foreground IP generated through the GLUTEN-DETOX project. The project will follow European Commission’s guidelines for IP and will keep up-to-date with national and European recommendations on IP management
