PRAXIS research for ELASA Plans for EstWin 2Vision of experts for year 2017: all homes (100%) should have a access to NGA which enables connection speeds 100Mbit/s and above.

However, households should be connected to fixed network - 4G will be not the ultimate alternative

2 MNOs confirmed, that 4G will have 100% of territorial coverage on 2017 at latest.
