The Implementation and support is for PeopleSoft FSCM version 8.9.

Engagement Overview:
ANZ Bank wanted to provide Application Implementation, Development and support for Complete PeopleSoft Applications and modules in FSCM and HCM domains.
Scope:
▪ PeopleSoft FSCM 8.9
− Production Support for Business As Usual Activities.
− Service Procurement Generation 1(Launch in Australian Markets)
− Spend Analytics- Creation of Source Data for Spend Analysis using Emptoris Reporting Tool
− Implementation of Punch Out or eprocurement Functionality
− Testing Support for Roll out of FSCM 8.9 Version over 10 countries across Asia
− Testing Support for FMS Archiving Solution using Princeton Softech Tool called OPTIM.
− Development, Support and Testing for new Change Requests in PeopleSoft HCM8.9 version.
− Implementation of HCM archiving solution along with internal ANZ PeopleSoft team.
Challenges addressed:
▪ Timeline of the project▪ Entire project was executed in an aggressive schedule and managed by proactive approaches▪ Faster decision and execution.▪ Successful implementation of Service Procurement after Blotch up by competitor.▪ Successful Implementation of Spend Analytics solution which was being tracked directly by CFO of
ANZ.▪ Punch-Out implementation to procure Goods from various vendors across Australia with real time
updated Price information.
Key Achievements:
▪ Spend Analytics
− Source Data to analyse the Spending activites was flawed due to missing out on key information in earlier custom reporting tools.
− Considerable effort put into re drawing up and including the spend data from all possible scenarious and sources making it fool proof with future upgrade scope.
− Involved sending Data from Accounts Payables and related Tree information on Vendors, GL accounts etc to bring up reports via Emptoris tool up to the detail level which can be traced back.
▪ Service Procurement.
− Implementation of Service Procurement in Australian Market as a Pilot project was a tremendous success.
− ANZ was interested in having the Global Roll Out of the same to gain Substantial savings in Contractors Maintenance costs.
▪ Punch Out
Implementation of Punch-out Functionality to save on procurement costs by procuring from verified vendors only.
Benefits to the Client:
▪ Spend Analytics
− Substatial Savings in analysing the spend activity and choosing to deal only with Verified vendors who offer consistent pricing for All ANZ procurement activities.
− This has been only possible by providing the right set of source data to perform Spend Analysis.
− The Implementation of the same was tracked by the top Management(CFO,CEO) to plug the holes in the system where ANZ is loosing money of having to deal with wrong vendors.
▪ Punch Out
− Procurement of Goods via Vendor Portals integrated to PeopleSoft eProcurement where real timing pricing details are maintained up to date.
− This had given substantial savings of ordering only the required stock with transparent pricing policy across different states in Australia.
▪ Service Procurement
− Implementation of Service Procurement for Contractor employees Management has provided significant savings interms of quick turnaround time from vendors in providing contractors to the organization when needed at short notice.
− This has also smoothened and simplified the process of invoicing activity for the service vendors by delivered integration with Accounts Payables.
− The successful implementation of the same has been appreciated by ANZ top Management and and plans are underway for a global roll out across all the Markets where ANZ operates.
