DSL is a Design Engineering & Project Management Service oriented company whose objective is to effectively design and efficiently manage the installation of building services; which include both mechanical and electrical entities. (Ventilation & Air Conditioning, Electrical, Plumbing, Sprinkler, Telephone, Sound). DSL also offers Green Building consultancy in both the design & operational phases of projects. DSL is also the LEED administrator on a LEED registered project in Trinidad. DSL achieves its objective in a professional manner by providing the following:

-   Design – Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing services -   Project Manage the job and subcontractors within a service schedule -   Review other’s designs in advance to ensure proper coordination and

make subsequent recommendations -   Efficiently perform M&E Quantity surveying & track variations -   Ensure subcontractors adhere to ES&H guidelines -   Maintain client confidentially -   Provide QA/QC & QS facilities -   Provide facility management & maintenance services

DSL was established in January 2005 and is managed by Mr. Devanand Ragbir; a registered Mechanical Engineer who posses’ significant knowledge in all aspect of the engineering field, both in the energy and commercial construction sector.

DSL presently has one (1) Administrator/Accounts Personnel (ABE associate) and four (4) Services Technicians to serve its project management works. The technician team posses about 25 years experience in Ventilation & Air Conditioning, 20 years in Construction and about 20 years in Electrical. All members of the team have practical field experience to a dedicated service type and are fully capable of performing all aspects of project management including M&E quantity surveying.

DSL Mechancal design team consists of Eng Devanand Ragbir (15 yrs experience) and supported by Eng Barry Mykoo (25yrs experience). The electrical design team is supported by Eng Ian Ackong & Rodney Mahabir (License electrician and 25yrs experience in commercial applications) . The Plumbing design team consist of Mr. Rishi Rampartap; Eng Devanand Ragbir. All Engineers are members of the Board of Engineering and APETT. DSL has a relationship with Henry Adams Ltd from Baltimore USA (M & E consultants) who do provide external support as required.

Eng Devanand Ragbir is a LEED AP in Operations & Maintenance and DSL designs embrace the green building concepts. Eng Ian Ackong is a LEED GA and Senior Technician Rishi Rampartap is a LEED GA.

Our drawing office is supported by Sean Young (Senior AutoCAD Technician) who is outfitted with the relevant printers and copiers.
