I applaud you for standing up to something of great significance.  Your relay cause is personally very dear to me.  My name is Marie Parekh from Diam Ventures, Inc. in Los Angeles, CA.  I sent you an email some time ago regarding a great fundraising opportunity that you can do for Relay for Life through our tiffany-look heart charm bracelet.

Here is a description of the fundraising.  See which one will work for you best.

The bracelets are made of stainless steel, so it will not rust or tarnish.  It is also hypoallergenic. The retail price for the bracelet is about $25 and the engraving is another $10-$15. So you're looking at about $35 per piece retail.

Here are the program options:  Please note that there is only one engraved message for every charm, that is why we are able to keep prices low and competitive.

Maximum of 10 characters for the 1st line. Maximum of 8 characters for the 2nd line.

Program A -- Sell the bracelets at $17 each.  Take orders and collect payment using order forms and we will ship directly to the customers.   You advertise and do the selling effort for this fundraising. You can start this months or weeks ahead of the event to start building awareness and support (and funds too!)   Price includes shipping to customers.  Your local chapter of American Cancer Society Relay for Life   gets 40% from the sales.

Program B -- Sell the bracelet at $15 each.  Let us know how many engraved bracelets you need and we will ship them to you.  You can sell on the spot, during the event, or distribute to teams for them to sell on their own before the event.   We just ask that you provide us with a reasonable quantity to be shipped to avoid too much surplus. You can combine this program with Program A in case you run out of bracelets during selling. Your local chapter of American Cancer Society Relay for Life   gets 40% from the sales.

Wholesale -- We sell you at $9 each, includes your engraving, and you re-sell the bracelet at any price you want.  Minimum order of 50 pcs.  Combine this with Program A when you run out of bracelets during selling.

Price options include packaging.
