GOAL: IDENTIFYING COMMON INDICATORS OF PROFESSIONALISM

Identified five categories and 57 indicators of professionalism
Confirmed categories through focus groups
Reviewed literature and professional codes of ethics from all SAHP departments
Validated the list and affirmed content generalizability with clinical evaluators
