1. Go to the HEAVYWEIGHTS OF THE TORTOISE WORLD section. Look at the weight a Galapagos giant tortoise can reach. Now weigh yourself. How many times heavier is the tortoise than you?
2. Read the information on the Galapagos Islands. How did the tortoises get to the islands?

Find the board about how long it takes the tortoises to walk one metre. Usain Bolt ran the 100m in 9.58 seconds. It would take a tortoise about 25 minutes!
