Modular IGBT Inverter or Chopper Drives. The same power stack is used for DC or AC applications with a programmable control module that determines the drive configuration. In addition to the propulsion motor modules, ATS also provides (in the same physical size) auxiliary motor controllers, house power and shore power inverters for the vessel and a battery charging system.

Phase protection: unit shuts down if a phase is missing

Can-Bus, RS-485, Mod-Bus and other communications protocols are available
