The story of A Great Big World began in the crowded practice rooms

at NYU. Ian Axel and Chad Vaccarino were both studying music busi-

ness while fostering dreams of writing and performing. Ian quickly saw

potential in partnering with Chad, and started lobbying him to work

together on new songs. Fast forward a few years, and in 2012 A Great

Big World was born. Making positive, piano-driven pop bursting with

harmonies and woven together with a fun whimsical twist, the duo

gained support through fans entirely on Kickstarter to fund their first EP.

They completed their first national tours and opened shows for Ingrid

Michaelson, Five For Fighting, and Gleestar Matthew Morrison. Their

live performances showcased their deep friendship, and featured a

warm, engaging interplay and theatrical touches reminiscent of artists

like Simon and Garfunkel, Elton John, and most currently, FUN.

Their song This Is the New Year gained new life in 2013 by being per-

formed by the cast of Foxs hit TV series Glee. When we wrote This Is the

New Year, we always said this would be perfect for Glee! enthuses Chad,

We still cant even believe its all real.

This Is the New Year has been featured on One Tree Hill, MTV, The

Amazing Race, ESPN, Good Morning Americaand more, as well as

performances on the Rachael Ray Show, The Today Showand recentlyThe O Music Awards. The song will be included on their first full-length

album, out in October 2013.

Theres a kind of woman who just needs you to get the hell

out of her way. Youll know her when you see her, smoldering

with swagger and sex appeal. Holding her back would be like

lassoing a supernova-good luck with that.

Spend even a few moments with Nikki Williams and you

know thats exactly what youre dealing with: an unapolo-

getic, balls-out truth-teller, an old soul at 24 with a killer set

of pipes and the attitude to match.

She first released a haunting single penned by Sia and

produced by Stargate, which has already captured the at-

tention of critics and fans alike. (Nikki Williams is poised to

be a breakout star, declared Cosmopolitan Magazine). Her

as-yet-untitled album, slated for release later this year, is

already generating buzz among critics and music bloggers.

Glowing, her first single, is a chest-thumping dance floor

anthem. In addition to writing for herself, Nikki recently co-

wrote Demi Lavatos new single Heart Attack which flew to

#1 on iTunes in 16 countries.

Williams is currently on the road, sampling her music be-

Midnight Red is a new breed of boy band that represent the spiri t of Americas multi-

cultural youth. The band, in partnership with founder, music executive, multi-Grammy

Award-winning producer, and songwriter RedOnes (Nadir Khayat) 2101 Record label

and Capitol Music Group, is the second signing since announcing the partnership

earlier this year. Take Me Home produced by RedOne is flawless pop at its finest -

an instant, exuberant hit demonstrating the bands unmistakable harmonies.

Midnight Red is an all-American selection. California natives Joey Diggs Jr. & Eric

Secharia, Texan Thomas Augusto, Anthony Ladao from Seattle, and Colton Rudloff

MKTO is comprised of dynamic twosome Tony Oller (21) and

Malcolm Kelly (21). The group offers a vibrant mix of pop,hip-hop and R&B, crafted in an undeniably organic way.

The name MKTO not only represents their combined initials

(Malcolm Kelley, Tony Oller), but something more. It also

stands for what our album kind of is: Misfit Kids and Total

Outcastsjust like the kids we were in high school. Both

accomplished adolescent actors, (Ollers credits include

starring in the Disney seriesAs The Bell Ringsas well as

the movie Beneath The Darkness, while Kelley had major

roles on ABCs hit show LOSTas well as in the film Antwone

Fisher), the two first met while filming Gigantic, in 2010.

Shortly thereafter they began making music together and

caught the attention of powerhouse songwriters Emanuel

Kiriakou and Evan Bogart (Beyonc, Rihanna, Ne-Yo, Jason

Jason Derulo). The songwriting pair is now executive pro-

ducing MKTOs forthcoming debut album.

After signing to Columbia Records, the duos debut

single Thank You hit Top 40 radio in the US this spring and

is triple platinum in Australia, with the music video amaz-

ing over 4 million views. The band have just released thevideo to their follow up single Classic and will open for

Emblem3 on their headlining tour this summer.
