The first innovaton is transfering from a work environment to a feel-
good environment. When we feel at ease, our results get better. To
achieve the best possible results, we chose this location.
The second innovation is the integration of Creative Mind Training.
Creativity is the first step on the path to innovation. Besides technical
and professional aspects, mental capabilities are essential. The
Innovation Camp also provides theoretical background information
and methods to improve mental capabilities.
The third innovation is a new innovation model: the Agile
Innovation Framework. Innovation models have been extensively
documented in professional literature. They provide structure within
the process: from brainstorming to concept to development and
commercial exploitation. Current innovation models remain abstract
in terms of workflows.
By combining agile method building blocks, the Agile Innovation
Framework offers options for team- role and meeting structure. The
integration of agile process models offers clear workflows and the
necessary learning moments.

Agile Coaching Summit
"Agile All Areas" is the motto of the 2-day BarCamp in the fantastic location in Ibiza. There are about 30 Agile Coaches, Scrum Masters, HR
Business Partners, Product Owners and colleagues who are interested in the Agile transition of individual departments.
Start the first day as usual with finding the topics in Fincalabs Headquarters. Discuss the topics in small groups in Open Space and World
Coffee Format. Enjoy the productive exchange and deep-dive topics and get involved in the design.

1 day Workshop: Creative Mind Training
Mindfulness, creativity and mental competence
Innovation is not only an indispensable process for all
organizations, but also a permanent challenge for oneself.
Often, however, despite all tools, we are in a blockade. In Zen
coaching, out of the blue, doors can suddenly open up and
new perspectives emerge.
Creative Mind Training trains different Meditation Techniques, Yoga and Quigong, which strengthen and expand the spiritual possibilities in everyday life. In addition to the technical knowledge, it is usually awareness and reflectivity that contribute significantly to success. The workshop also provides theoretical background and methods for strengthening mental abilities.

Frank Schultheiss studied

Lisbeth Ott teaches Alexander

Networking, leisure or time with the family
All subject-specific sessions start at 10 a.m. and end at 4.40 p.m., leaving enough
space for networking and use of the spacious swimming pool. There are talks every
evening from 8 pm to 10 pm. Breathtaking bays are only 10 minutes away. There are
also good accommodations in the area that make it possible for you to come with
your family or just hang around for a few days.
