What Do We Look For In Our Graduates?
We look for people who want to become specialists in particular disciplines
of digital marketing but are keen to learn all aspects to a good level.
The role involves working to meet clients’ business objectives through SEO,
digital advertising, social media and website data analysis. You will also
work with other team members to identify opportunities to increase brand
exposure and improve user journeys.
The role is primarily focused on helping our clients with their SEO
campaigns. However, we expect opportunities to develop for a secondary
focus on at least one other aspect of digital marketing, such as digital
advertising, social media or analytics.

A Mentor To Guide You
Everybody on our training scheme receives a mentor - somebody
that has recently completed the training and can answer your
questions about 4Ps and digital marketing.
You can chat to your mentor as much or as little as you like,
whether in person, on the phone or Skype - the choice is yours.

The first month of training will be dedicated to covering the key areas. From the second month onwards, you will put your
newly developed skills into practice with supervised client work. The training you will receive includes:

Skills We Expect You To Have:
A 2:1 or higher in English, Business, Marketing,
Computing or other related subject
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Client Experience For Recent Trainees
Examples of the clients and tasks that you could be involved with during a typical six month training period include:
We recognise that the best way to learn is to put your skills
to work for our clients, under the guidance of our
experienced staff. As such, our trainees start performing
work for clients after a one month period of intensive
training.
We select tasks for our trainees based on their knowledge
and experience. You won’t be thrown in at the deep end, but
you will get an opportunity to demonstrate your ability and
continue your development.
