Sign up to Register New Unit

Login to www.esic.in
Click here
Click on ‘Sign up’
Enter--Company Name-Principal Employer Name-State & region-Email Address
An email is send to the user after successful sign-up along with login credential.

Upload Certificate
Registration of Main Unit

Click on ‘New Employer Registration’
Fill the complete Form-01
Digital Signature registration link will be available on last page of Form-01.
Click the check box to register for Digital Signature
Digital Signature registration screen
Name, Employer Code, Location Mobile Number and Email ID will be auto populated from Form-01
Click on Register to proceed further with Digital Signature Registration.
Select the certificate in pop up window and click on Sign
Digital Signature Registration Successful.
Click on check box to use digital signature
Click ok to digitally sign the complete data signing of Form-01
Select the Certificate and click on Sign, in pop up window. Form-01 data is digitally signed.

Fill in the required details and click on Register
Click on Register
Select the check box and click on Run
Select the Digital Signature Certificate and click on Sign
Employer is Registered for Digital Signature Successfully

Click the check box to register for Digital Signature

Update Employer Details-

Click on Search to proceed further
Edit the required details and click on digital signature check box
Click on continue to proceed further
Select the Digital Signature Certificate and click on Sign
Update Employer Request has been digitally signed and submitted to respective RO/SRO

FAQ’s1) Why different organization name is getting displayed after DS registration?
Organization name getting displayed is actually name of certificate issuing authority.

3) Page is not responding.Need to check whether E-token is plugged in or not. Make sure that E-token software is installed.
4) Can we use same certificate for main code and sub code? In current application we cannot use same certificate for main code and sub code. It will be
implemented in future.

5) Is DS certificate registration required in current application to use DS functionality?Yes, user need to register first, for more information refer user manual.
6) Nothing is happening after clicking Register button for "Digital signature registration" link for existing employers.This could be slowness in network or sometimes ds jar files are taking to load, need to wait or try one
more time.
7) Where can we register for DS for existing employers?By using "Digital signature registration" link we can access digital signature functionality by registering a
certificate by logging in with the corresponding employer code.
8) Which certificate class to be procured?Class 2 Certificate.
9) Where can we do re-registration of digital Signature Certificate can be done in case of any conflicts? If the Employer is already registered with DS Certificate, by choosing “Digital signature registration" link
we can register another DS Certificate that is mapped to that employer by selecting " Re-Registration" link.
