Jonathan Glasspool is Managing Director of Bloomsbury Academic and Professional, and President of Bloomsbury USA. He is Chair of the Industry Advisory Board, Oxford Brookes University; Trustee of Publishing Training Centre, and is a Member of the Commercial Board of the ICAEW. Jonathan was formerly Product Director in Bloomsbury's Electronic Media Division. Previous jobs include Publisher with Reed Elsevier in Singapore, Melbourne and Oxford. Jonathan was also Head of Publishing at the Institute of Management, where he worked with Hodder Headline, Pearson and Butterworth-Heinemann. He started his career at Cambridge University Press.

Lara is an old-timer in the digital world - her first job was with a publisher of full text poetry databases on CD-ROM (pre-Windows)! Her career has spanned working for a digital publishers, consultancies, charities, government and in the dotcom boom days, for one of London's biggest digital agencies, Agency.com. More recently, she led the digital team at the Royal Horticultural Society, where she directed their mobile publishing with development of the successful RHS Grow Your Own app. She is now Head of Digital at Age UK, leading a team of 30; their key strategy is to deliver digital content and innovations which ultimately enables everyone to make the most of later life.

Richard Singer joined Travelzoo in January, 2012, and is currently the Managing Director of Travelzoo in Europe, which includes seven offices across the UK, Germany, France and Spain. He has full responsibility for Travelzoo's business direction and growth across Europe, where the company has over 6.5 million subscribers. Richard is an industry expert in travel and leisure publishing, having previously held senior positions at the Telegraph Media Group, including General Manager of Travel from June 2010 to December 2011 where he oversaw all multimedia editorial and commercial functions. Prior to this Richard held various other roles within the Telegraph including Commercial Director of Digital and Customer Revenues and Director of Telegraph Direct, responsible for all lifestyle sectors including Travel, Finance, Motoring, Food and Drink, Entertainment and Reader Offers. Starting his career as a Graduate Management Trainee for the Holiday Division of Rank Organisation, Richard graduated from Loughborough University with a BSc and MSc in Management.

As Senior Manager of Engagement, I was responsible for the social strategy of a major media brand in the United States. I managed content creation for 50+ brand profiles with more than 9.8 million influencers across Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Tumblr, Instagram, Vine and Pinterest. Additionally, I implemented a digital distribution strategy of daily promotional assets that currently generates more than 1 billion impressions a year.

I run the Digital Engagement team at Oxfam GB. We craft engaging digital experiences across the web, email, social media and digital marketing that make Oxfam's supporters (existing and potential) feel part of our work and mission. We also transform Oxfam's digital culture to help achieve this by being experts and role models. I have a personal focus on user experience and the cross-channel experience for our supporters. Before Oxfam, I worked at digital agency Torchbox on UX and digital strategy.

Rob is the Chief Information Officer at Southbank Centre where he is responsible for Digital and Technology strategy. He joined Southbank Centre in November 2012. Before this, Rob led business and technology transformation programmes at Tate, Macmillan Cancer Support and WWF-UK. An aeronautical engineer by background, both in the British Army and also the private sector, Rob takes a keen interest in how technology can enable organisations with a strong social purpose improve how they work and extend their reach, often when resources are limited. An MBA from London Business School underpins his technical approach with sound understanding of business strategy and commerce.
