METHODOLOGYDiscover

WHAT?An introduction to the topic and a description of the basic concepts and latest findings to understand the key components that will be further mobi-lized during the next steps.

HOW?A presentation made by one or more experts introducing key concepts and referring to several examples to illus-trate theory. Active participation from the audience is requested (unlimited number of participants).

Learn

WHAT?A deep dive into a case study with open discussion on pre-determined ques-tions. Participants will for instance share thoughts on how they would have done it differently.

HOW?A session in smaller working groups fa-cilitated by the trainers who will mod-erate the discussion and organize the debate between groups. The case will be close to the client organization’s profile.

Co-create

WHAT?A creative session during which par-ticipants are invited to reflect on the implications of what they learned in “Discover” and “Learn” steps for their own organization

HOW?A creative session (relying for instance on design thinking methods), again in small groups and facilitated by the trainers. The workshop ends up with a presentation of the outcome to the senior leadership.

Measure

WHAT?A few months later, the impact of the interactive training is evaluated by mak-ing use of the KPIs which were defined upfront.

HOW?A few hours will be dedicated to a group discussion facilitated by a coach to re-view the initiatives that were taken, highlighting the benefits as well as the potential remaining issues and mitiga-tion actions to initiate.
