The cost estimators must estimate in such a way that the costoutput after the completion of the project must result in profit.

Project managers must be able to manage to completethe project on time by increasing resources and alsoby proper time management.

structural engineering before designing mustinvestigate the site properly and then provide designdepending on the practical site condition.

Proper security in each sections of the project is to beprovided. Also the material stored should be securedprorperly

Project manager must agree to the client for thechange of scope only if it produces a very little effecton the project else the project manager must be ableto convince the client about the after effects of suchchange.

Changes due to this must be minimised. Site engineersmust scrutnise everything that effects or delays theproject from a design point of view.

The client must ensure the cost estimators involved

are well experienced with such projects and costestimators must inform the project managers if thedesign provided is improper or insufficient.
