Dilley Holiday BazaarSaturday November 15th, 2014
9:00 am – 4:00 pm
VENDOR RULES:
1. Each vendor space will be supplied with a table and a chair.2. Spaces with electricity are available. However, spaces are limited—please make such
requests early. Not everyone can be accommodated, but we will try. **Vendors must supply their own extension cord.**
3. All items sold must be handcrafted and/or small business type items (e.g. Avon, Tupperware). One
**Items NOT accepted: flea market/garage sale (used) items, and weapons.**4. The Dilley Elementary PTO will review vendor products to ensure variety and if
appropriate to sell at an elementary school setting.5. Please make use of your table however; all of your products must fit in or on your space.
We do not have walls available to hang products.6. Set-up, tear-down, and sale hours must be adhered to. Please have someone to man your
booth at all times. Early breakdown before 4pm is not permitted!!7. Vendors are responsible for handling all sales transactions at their table. It is at each
vendor’s discretion what type of payments to accept. 8. Vendor application and fees must be received no later than November 4, 2014 . Spaces
are not able to be reserved until payment is received. All fees must be paid prior to setting up vendors table on the day of the bazaar.
9. Refunds will not be made for cancellations or no shows, or due to inclement weather.10.Dilley Elementary School PTO and Dilley Elementary School volunteers and staff are
here by released from any and all losses, as well as any and all liability, claims and causes of action for injuries to person or property arising out of or related to this event, specifically including, without limitation, injury or damages to booth and contents, merchandise, employees, contractors, guests, customers, invitees and all other third parties.
11.Vendors are responsible for table and personal security during set-up, sale and take-down hours. Doors will be locked before and after sale hours.

Application and payment may also be dropped off at Dilley Elementary during regular school hours. Payment method – cash and checks made to Dilley PTO.
***Vendors will be notified of acceptance via email shortly after their application has been received. We communicate primarily via email, please print clearly.
