Dina Serrano Board Vice President Mrs. Dina Elaine Serrano attended elementary and secondary schools in Edgewood Independent School District. She graduated from John F. Kennedy High School plus attended Edgewood Fine Arts Academy. In Edgewood Fine Arts Academy she focused on Television Production. She also participated in the school newspaper and student government while attending Kennedy High School. Mrs. Serrano has confidence that poverty can be tackled with education. She believes in preparing children for school readiness and engaging families. Making sure families are effectively heard and addressed. Inspire self- sufficiency in families, respecting and recognizing their desires to make a change for themselves and their families.
