RFP(Request for Proposals) for Establishment of Hi-Tech Professionally run Custom Hiring Centres
in M.P. in*Private sector
custom hiring centers in Rewa, Mandia, Sehore, Chattarpur and Damoh of the state in order to facilitate easy availability of tractor and other hi-tech equipments for farmers, demonstration of new technology and to provide skill training to farmers in operation, maintenance and basic repair of tractors, machineries and implements. Proposals are therefore invited from manufacturers of tractors, manufacturers/dealers of farm implements and machineries of agriculture sector (excluding food processing) and registered organizations working in the area of farm mechanization in M.P. having sufficient know how, advance technologies and experience in working with farmers, for establishing such hi-tech custom hiring centers with government assistance. For purchase of agricultural machinery and equipments assistance of 50% of their cost maximum up to Rs. 50 lakhs will be provided for each hi-tech center. Proposals are to be submitted in the Directorate of Agriculture Engineering, Gautam Nagar, Bhopal during working hours i.e. from 10.30 am to 5.30 pm. Last date of submission of applications is 29 August 2013 up to 1.30pm. RFP form showing details of the scheme and other terms and conditions can be obtained from 14.8.2013, 11.00 am onwards either personally from Directorate of agriculture engineering, office complex, B-block, Gautam Nagar, Bhopal on payment of Rs 1000 or by downloading from the department's websitewww.mpkrishi.org
