Candidate should be Himselfl He:-self NRI OR Children of NRIFor proof of NRI:- NRI certificate of current year issued fromIndian Embassv must be submitted.(Sponsorship from NRI relatives other than Fatherl Mother shallnot be considered)

1- The candidates of Unreserved Category should have passed with mInimum50% of aggregate marks in qualifying examination of 12th Standard (10+2stream) in Physics, Chemistry & Biology I Biotechnology Subject or equivalentexamination thereof and also should have passed Physics, Chemistry &Biology I Biotechnology Subject separately.

2- The candidates of Reserved Categorj(ST/SC/OBC) should have passed withminimum 40% of aggregate marks in qualifying examination of Ith Standard(10+2 stream) in Physics, Chemistry & Biologyl Biotechnology Subject orequivalent examination thereof and also should have passed Physics, Chemistry &Biology I Biotechnology Subject separately.

3- Candidates of Un-Reserved Category as well as Reserved Category shouldhave passed English as a language at lth Standard exam.

The proof I certificate of passing of qualifying examination of 12thStandard (10+2 stream) must give particulars of the subject and also thepercentage of marks obtained/grade awarded in the examination.

Grades must indicate equivalent Percentage of Ma.-ks.

4- Candidates who have appeared in the qualifying examination of 12th Standard(10+2 stream) in Physics, Chemistry & Biologyl Biotechnology Subject orequivalent examination thereot~ can also apply ,but they will have to produceproof of passing the qualifying examination with minimum 50% of aggregatemarks in Physics, Chemistry & Biology I Biotechnology Subjects in case ofcandidates of Un-Reserved Category and with minimum 40% of aggregatemarks in Physics, Chemistry & Biology I Biotechnolngy Subjects in case ofcandidatl's of Reserved Category (ST/SC/OBC) at the time of counseling.

Candidates of Reserved as well as Un-Reserved Category shall alsoproduce proof of passing English as a language at 12th Standard exam andwill also submit proof of passing Physics. Chemistry & 8iology IBiotechnology Subject separately at the time of counseliJ1!,\.

5 - The candidates, who have passed their examination from outside India, willhave LO produce equivalent certificate from Association of Indian Universities,New Delhi. at the time of counsel in\!, otherwise his/her candidature will not beconsidered.

6- The candidate should have attained 17 vears of age as on 31't Dec. 2014.

7- The upper age limit of candidates for admission under state NRI guotasellts is 25 years liS on 31't December of the vellr of his/her admission in the 1"vellr MBBS/BDS course.

Further provided that this upper age limit shlill be rellixed bv a period of5(Five) years for the Candidates of Scheduled Castel Scheduled Tribe/ OtherBaekward Classes.

Security deposit & Fees:

Scat allotment shall he done only after deposition of demand draft forSecurity deposit of US S 3000 (Three thousand U.S.dollar) orequivalent in Indian rupees issued by Nationalized Bank in favour ofDirector Medical Education Madhya Pradesh Bhopal payable at Bhopal,by the candidate.In case if the candidate does not take admission on the allotted scat in theallotted Medical College, his / her security deposit will not be refunded. l

/I Securitv deposit shall also be non refundable for candidates whodo not complete the course after taking admission on the allottedscat.

[II Securitv deposit shall he refunded back without anv interest tothe candidate after completion of the MEBS/8DS course, hv therespective institution.

At the time of admission candidate has to depositfollowing fees in the form of Demand Draft ofNationalised Bank or through internet banking.

1- Tuition fees is US$ 12,000(Twelve Thousand US$) per year or equivalentIndian Rupees.

2- Hostel fee Rs. 100001- (Ten Thousand) per year or equivalent US$.

3- Caution Money US$ 3000 (Three Thousand) or equivalent IndianRupees(Same amount will be refunded in Indian Rupees after completionof course)

4- Student fund US $ 1000 or equivalent in Indian rupees.5- Other fee as per rule ofc=neemed universityl college.

Candidate has to deposit fcc at the time of admission and all fees is to bepaid 111 one instalment every year as per rule in the concerned college.

6- If the duration of MI3BS course is extended due to failing in any of theuniversity examination or due to any other reason. the candidate shall beliable to pay extra fees for extended duration of the course.

7- No any type of exemption in fees shall be permitted to NRl Candidate.

Counselling (Scrutiny of Original Documents & Seat Allotment)

Counseling will be held in the Month of July 2014. For detailed and latest

$crutinv of Original Documents - 8th Julv 2014. Venue - Directorate ofMedical Education, Bhopal M.P. Satpuda Bhavan ,6th Floor.

Candidate has to bring hisl her all Original Documents and thedesired Affidavit on stamp paper bv Notan at the time of Counselingfor verification & to ascertain his! her Eligibility by the ScrutinvCommittee.

Candidates should also bring two sets of photocopies of all the relevantdocuments & 20 (Twenty) copies of colored photographs of the candidateof the similar type as affixed on the application form.

Seat -Allotment - 9th July 2014. Venue - Directorate of Medical Education,Bhopal.M.P. Satpuda Bhavan, 6th Floor.

1- Allotment of seats through counseling will be done based on Category-wisemerit list prepared on the basis of aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry &Biology 1 Biotechnology subjects obtained in 10+2 or equivalent examinationafter veri fication of original documents.

2- Category wise separate merit lists of NRI candidates who are themselvesDomicile 1 Bonafide resident of MP State or Children of Parents who arcDomicile 1 Bonafide resident of MP State and of NRI candidates who are notDomicilel Bonafide resident of MP State shall be prepared.

3- Preference in seat allotment shall be given to NRI candidates who arcthemselves Domicile 1Bonafide resident of MP State or Children of Parents whoare Domicile 1 Bonafide resident of MP State. Counseling & Seat allotmentwill be done for Domicile 1 Bonafide resident of M.P. State Candidates only inthe first round of Counseling.

In case of seats remaining vacant in UR category after allotment to NRICandidates who are Domicilel Bonafide residents of M.P. State, these seatsshall be made available to the eligible NRI candidates who are not domicileIBonafide resident of M.P. State according to merit list in the se~ond round ofcounseling.

4- Reserved category seats (ST/SC/OBC) shall be allotted only to the reservedcategory candidates (ST/SC/O!3C) of M.P. State as per merit list on submissionof valid pennanent caste certificate issued by competent authority of M.P. Gov!.during first round of counseling.

5- Income certificate of current year (yr. 2013-14) issued by Tehsildar 1 NaibTehsildar should be brought by O.B.C. candidates.

6- Reserved category (ST/SC/OHC) NRI candidates of States other than M,P.shall be considered in UR categorv.

Seats remnining vacnnt, after counselling for NIH Scats, will be revertedhack as per the existing reservntion criteria. Scats reserved for ST/SC/OBCCategories shall not be converted in to UR category, and these seats shall be addedto M.P. State open seats, in their respective category only, counseling for which shallbe held and notilied separately. The candidate will have to deposit RS.50001-(Rupees live thousand) towards counseling charges, at the time of counseling.Counseling Committee will consist of following members:-
