    The Study package is sent to all majors and

    selected minor permittees

    2016 Notification to the State Coordinator by

    March 18

    Conduct the testing between March 18 & July 1

    Use the same test methods used for NPDES

    compliance monitoring

  • The Process

    Commercial labs may use Water Pollution Studies

    closing between January 1 and July 1, 2016

    Report the test results to the PT provider by July 1

    The PT provider will send the graded results to the

    lab and State DMR-QA Coordinator by July 29

    Submit all the required forms to the State

    Coordinator by August 26, 2016

    Submit corrective action report, including retest

    results, for any Not Acceptable test to the State

    Coordinator by October 21, 2016

    Michigan does not have a State Laboratory

    Certification Program for wastewater
