A Career in Ruins Event – Institute of Archaeology

Aim of event was to:• provide archaeology students with a broad range of ideas

for future careers• provide information about routes in to different career

areas and how to gain relevant experience• help students understand the value of their archaeology

degree and the transferable skills gained• provide information about post-graduate study

Careers Support for Language Students – Work Placements

The UCL Careers Service provides a number of services for students considering or preparing for a year abroad work placement.

Services include:• Signposting to sources of work placements • One-to-one sessions • Providing help and advice on work placement issues • Blog
