Originated from the Skoda factory in 1975 and headquarte-red in Pilsen, Czech Republic, SERW has developed into one of the leading switching device manufacturers in Europe.

The right product for every application The product portfolio of HV switching devices includes dis-connectors and earthing switches for a voltage range of 72,5 to 420kV. The reliable and high quality products are available in different designs:
• Horizontal• Pantograph• Vertical
All disconnectors are equipped with a motor drive. Optional, an earthing switch can be added.

Insulators
The insulators used correspond to the valid standards. We use only insulators from the leading manufacturers in Euro-pe.
Contact system
Stable opening and closing of the contact system thanks to technologically advanced design maintenance free.

Drive
To actuate the disconnector and earthing switches, motor drives from our own production are used. The drives are usually mounted on a special traverse table or directly on the support frame. The lever and pull rod mechanism transfers the movement from the drive to the rotary isolators.
Tests and certificates
All disconnectors and earthing switches are tested according to IEC 62271-102. The production is certified in compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
Final assembly
Switches up to 123kV are fully assembled in the factory and are individually tested for functionality before delivery. Swit-ches 245kV and up are delivered in components.
Earthing switch
The earthing switches can be optionally mounted on the sing-le and the three-pole design. The installation of two earthing switches per disconnector can also be offered as an option.
