Preliminary AgendaThe Southeastern Frozen & Refrigerated Conference will be held April 23 through April 26, 2014 at The Westin Hilton Head Resort and Spa. This conference is an incredible opportunity to hold one-on-one business appointments with top retailers. Delegates gather in one location to meet with top Frozen and Refrigerated Category Managers and Manufacturers - limiting travel, cost, and critical time spent away from the office.
This dynamic and informative conference provides delegates with a warm, familiar atmosphere for two days of key retailer business appointments, while at the same time providing many networking opportunities. This is an excellent opportunity to meet with retailers to discuss strategies for the upcoming year.
Southeastern Conference sponsorships offer your company increased visibility. There are a number of amazing opportunities to promote your products in front of retailers and delegates. For example: • The BISTRO 2014 Luncheon features frozen and refrigerated foods for retailers and attendees to enjoy. • The Conference Café will be open business hours throughout the weekend offering delicious snacks, free WI-FI, and a casual meeting place for delegates. • The Emerging Trends Expo will showcase Gluten-Free, Natural, and Organic products. Retailers are invited to stop by from 11:30-1:30 on Thursday to get the facts about GMO’s, Gluten-Free, and allergens affecting your consumers. • Conference Breakfasts are an opportunity to sample breakfasts products Thursday, Friday, and Saturday • Lobby Display Tables are available to exhibit your products and information during the entire conference.
As in the past, we ask that your company commit to these sponsorship opportunities. The success and quality of this conference depends greatly on the sponsorship support made by our manufacturers, brokers, and retailers. ALL sponsors will receive recognition throughout the conference. Please call any committee member for more information.
Mark your calendars! Begin making plans to meet with retailers, vendors and colleagues. Complete the registration form to be certain your name will be included in the pre-registration list. Experience all of the opportunities available at the Southeastern Frozen & Refrigerated Conference!
We look forward to seeing you there!
